Small items can be returned to any JB Hi-Fi store nationwide, while larger items like whitegoods or big-screen TVs may require a scheduled courier collection.
Assessment and Verification
Our team will inspect the item to verify the fault or condition; please note that some technical products may need to be sent to the manufacturer for specialized assessment.
